Having the instinctive bite & melodic flair of so many classic English bands from The Kinks to The Clash, via The Inspiral Carpets. The Deccas stand out from the crowd with an array of songs in their own distinctive style on their album 'Ways to the sun'.

Every song has an intimate swagger, a confidence that if you liked the chorus to the first song, you will like the next one better! Singer Wes brings to mind both Liam Gallagher & Rod Stewart at their best; guitars ring with power chords, organ swirls abound giving psychedelic thrills, the band are tight, have great songs, & are looking to the stars. Their feet are on the ground though. The lyrics are engaging tales of everyday life, I bet they must be a treat to see live!
